Contemporary photographic art with a conceptual approach, based in Vienna

My artistic work is an independent part of my photographic practice, belonging to my studio just as much as my commercial commissions do. I pursue a conceptual approach, developing work that deliberately sets itself apart from classic photo studios. The balance between independent art and professional commissioned photography plays a central role here.

In my projects, I combine artistic experimentation with my experience from commercial photography. This results in work with a clear visual language that's both personal and contemporary, presented through exhibitions, publications, and other formats.

Every piece begins with an idea and a conceptual approach. I combine analog and digital techniques to create different visual worlds and forms of expression. Artistic experimentation is just as important as precise photographic execution. The final works are produced as high-quality fine-art prints and large-format pieces. Depending on the project, unique pieces or limited editions are produced.

My work explores themes that stay with me long-term and that I return to again and again across different projects.

Beyond that, my photographic work engages with social issues around women, equality, and environmental topics. These thematic threads shape my artistic practice and continue to evolve over time.

My artistic work is shown in exhibitions and presented across a range of other formats as well. These include exhibitions, online exhibitions, expos, publications, and exhibition documentation. The international visibility of my work also plays an important role and is a fixed part of how it's presented.

My artistic work and my commercial projects don't exist side by side — they complement one another. The experience from professional commissions flows into my independent work, while new artistic ideas also enrich my photographic commissions.
